RULES OF USE FOR MERCHANTS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CIRCUIT ZÉRO DÉCHET.

All merchants who choose to join the Circuit Zéro Déchet must visibly display the Circuit Zéro Déchet decal so that the community can easily spot it. It can be on a shop window or on the counter that offers zero waste services to customers.

Note: We strongly recommend that you take a picture of your business with our highly visible decal so that we can add it to our interactive map. All merchants who choose to join the Circuit Zéro Déchet must make our poster available to customers: CIRCUIT Notices and Explanatory Rules to CUSTOMERS, for MERCHANTS; in order to make them aware of the right ways to proceed when bringing their own containers.

All merchants who choose to join the Circuit Zéro Déchet and display our decal agree to read and apply the rules of the MAPAQ for service to customers who bring their containers. The merchant also agrees to serve all customers with clean containers meeting the standards required by the MAPAQ.

Note: The Circuit Zéro Déchet cannot be held responsible for a customer or a merchant who does not respect the hygiene and safety rules of the MAPAQ.

Conditions: The merchant may terminate membership at no additional charge at any time. The Circuit Zéro Déchet reserves the right to remove the name of a business from its directory and interactive map, should the latter not comply with the rules of use of this contract.

COMMITMENT OF THE CIRCUIT ZÉRO DÉCHET

All merchants who choose to join the Circuit Zéro Déchet and display our decal VISIBLY will be added to our interactive map online and in our online directory as a core member.

The Circuit Zéro Déchet undertakes to manage the online platform and to promote the Circuit Zéro Déchet online. The Circuit Zéro Déchet reserves the right to advertise on social media or not.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The exclusive supplier of the decal is the Circuit Zéro Déchet administered by the company Cindy Graphiste Enr. Any reproduction or resale is prohibited. To order a new decal, please contact the Circuit Zéro Déchet directly.

You can also contact one of our partners and receive a new decal for free, if your business is located in their territory.

ORDER FORM: TUTORIAL

While we are looking for a more versatile solution for all types of platforms, here’s a little tutorial to help you send the Circuit Zéro Déchet form.

  1. Click on the icon at the bottom of the page to open the form. You must open the document in Adobe Reader to fill out the form and send it to us in digital form. Download Adobe Reader.
  2. Please fill in all required fields in the interactive form.
  3. Click the SAVE button and choose the location where you want to save it (e.g. desktop).
  4. Open your email software (e.g. Outlook) or your online inbox (e.g. Gmail) and prepare a new message.
  5. Fill in the necessary sending fields with the following information :

    Message: Here is our completed form to join the Circuit Zéro Déchet. Please send us an invoice via PAYPAL.

  7. Click the attachment icon and select the file FormulaireAdhesionCircuitZD_Form.pdf depending on the location where it was saved.
  8. Once the attachment has been added to the email, send it to us by clicking the SEND button at the bottom of your message in your email program or online inbox.
  9. Here, your form is sent!

If you are not comfortable using the interactive method, please note that you can open the form directly in your browser, print it and fill it out by hand. Then take a clear picture of the completed form with your device or scan it and send it by email to: cindy@circuitzerodechet.com

If you have not received your PAYPAL invoice within 24 hours of your request, please contact us by email to ensure that your form has been delivered. Please note that our office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm.

Once we have received your completed form and we have approved it, we will send you an invoice through PayPal. You can pay by credit card, Interac debit or directly through PayPal. Do not forget to check your emails and make your payment promptly so that we can add you to our members!
